Navigating Baths Heritage Properties
Our experience in heritage property refurbishment spans Grade I and Grade II* listed buildings in Bath, Somerset, London and throughout the UK.
We navigate the sensitive complexities of balancing conservation and modern comforts and performance, converting houses to boutique hotels, banks to bars and retail to restaurants.
Working with conservation officers and English Heritage we work towards Listed Building Consents that preserve the special, timeless characteristics of each site for future generations to enjoy and for our clients.
